Hello Ladies,
I've decided to start a new series of blogs, titled EOFD (eye of the day), inspired by many of you doing similar series. Today is Saturday and I wanted to create a smoky and romantic look, using my rosy-bronze palette by Guerlain. It is called Rose Boise 460. It has the most BEATIFUL and tasteful pink shadows, one medium tan-taupe and one deliciously deep bronze. All shades have some shimmer (not much), with lightest pink having the most shimmer of all. I used bronze color as an eyeliner as well. As with all Guerlain eyeshadows, these are finely milled and LASTING. I mean, really lasting.
From top left clockwise: medium rose, deep bronze, tan-taupe, and light pink |
EOFD: in natural light |
EOFD: in cool light |
For this look I used:
Too Faced eyeshadow insurance
Tan color on entire eyelid
Light pink along brow bone and corners of the eyes, and along low lash line
Medium pink packed along middle of eyelid and blended well
Bronze along grease line and as top and bottom eyeliner
MAC Tarnish (deep forest green) eyeliner along lower waterline to bring out the outer line of my iris. and
Dior Exstase mascara
Enjoy!
